AKA Jon Cooper, known for his experimentation and passion.

To tell the world about Dr Pepper Blackberry, we created an album to pair perfectly with the soda: Sounds of Succulence.

The album was built from the ground up using Dr Pepper Blackberry. How? By using the actual sounds of Dr Pepper Blackberry.
This ambient album is filled with sounds that augment every sip of Dr Pepper Blackberry—bold percussion, sweet string harmonies, fizz, can cracks, pour sounds, and ice-cube clinks.
We sent them Dr Pepper Blackberry and asked them to create music inspired and made from real Dr Pepper Blackberry.

AKA Jon Cooper, known for his experimentation and passion.

Award winning songwriter, producer, composer.

A composer with contemporary opera and ambient music roots.

We worked with a local vinyl producer, Licorice Pizza Records, to produce a vinyl that matched the bold and succulent sounds of the record. Complete with a Lenticular album cover, engraved vinyl, annotated inner sleeve with creator’s notes, and a vinyl mimicking the look of the soda itself.
We announced Sounds of Succulence on TikTok’s top feed post, getting over 16 million views.
We allowed fans to get a taste of the succulence on a 24-hour live stream. Our Blackberry mascot was front and center letting the world know about our new album.
Once the albums were being produced by our manufacturer we let the people know it was time to order.
Some people made 11 minute review videos.
